LIC Bima Sakhi Yojana : વડાપ્રધાન નરેન્દ્ર મોદીએ હરિયાણાથી બીમા સખી યોજના (Bima Sakhi Yojana) શરૂ કરી હતી. આ યોજના અને LIC (જીવન વીમા નિગમ) નો ઉદ્દેશ એ છે કે મહિલાઓને આર્થિક રીતે સશક્ત અને આત્મનિર્ભર બનાવવાનો.
આ યોજનામાં ભાગ લેનાર મહિલાઓને ‘Bima Sakhi‘ કહેવામાં આવશે. બિમા સખીનું મુખ્ય કાર્ય એ છે કે તેઓ પોતાના વિસ્તારની અન્ય મહિલાઓને વીમા મેળવવા માટે પ્રોત્સાહિત કરશે અને આ પ્રક્રિયામાં તેમની મદદ કરશે.

શું છે બીમા સખી યોજના?
LIC ની આ યોજના 18 થી 70 વર્ષની વયની મહિલાઓ માટે છે, જેમણે 10મું પાસ કર્યુ હોય. આ યોજનાનો ઉદ્દેશ મહિલાઓને ત્રણ વર્ષની તાલીમ આપવી, જેમાં તેમની નાણાકીય સમજણ અને વીમા મહત્વ સમજાવવામાં આવશે. તાલીમ દરમિયાન, મહિલાઓને નક્કી થયેલી રકમ મળશે. તાલીમ પૂર્ણ થયા પછી, તે મહિલાઓ LIC વીમા એજન્ટ તરીકે કામ કરી શકે છે.

Bima Sakhi બનવાની પાત્રતા
- ફક્ત મહિલાઓ જ આ યોજનામાં સામેલ થઇ શકે છે.
- તેમની પાસે મેટ્રિક/હાઈ સ્કૂલ/10મું પાસ પ્રમાણપત્ર હોવું જોઈએ.
- 18 થી 70 વર્ષની વયગટના મહિલાઓ જ આ યોજના માટે અરજી કરી શકશે.
- 3 વર્ષની તાલીમ પછી, women LIC એજન્ટ તરીકે કાર્ય કરી શકશે.
બીમા સખી બનવાના ફાયદા
- તાલીમ: 3 વર્ષની તાલીમ પૂર્ણ થયા પછી, महिलાઓ LIC એજન્ટ તરીકે કામ કરશે.
- નિયમિત કર્મચારી ન થવું: LIC એજન્ટ તરીકે પસંદ કરાયેલા લોકો LIC ના નિયમિત કર્મચારી નહીં હોય, પરંતુ તેઓ એજન્ટ તરીકે નોકરી કરશે.
- કાર્ય દરજ્જો: Bima Sakhi ની પસંદગી માટે, મહિલાઓએ દરેક વર્ષે ચોક્કસ કાર્ય નક્કી કરેલા ધોરણોને અનુસરી જ જોઈએ.

LIC Bima Sakhi Yojana માટે કેટલા પૈસા મળશે?
- ત્રણ વર્ષની તાલીમ દરમિયાન, મહિલાઓને કુલ 2 લાખ રૂપિયાનું ભથ્થું આપવામાં આવશે.
- પ્રથમ વર્ષ: 7,000 રૂપિયા પ્રતિ મહિનો
- બીજું વર્ષ: 6,000 રૂપિયા પ્રતિ મહિનો
- ત્રીજું વર્ષ: 5,000 રૂપિયા પ્રતિ મહિનો
- આ રકમમાં બોનસ/કમિશન સામેલ નથી.
- શરત: 65% પોલિસીઓના પોર્ટફોલિયોને ચાલુ રાખવાની જરૂર પડશે.

How Much Will Bima Sakhi Earn?
Women who join the Bima Sakhi Yojana will earn money during their training period and post-training based on their performance:
- Training Period: During the three-year training period, they will receive the following amounts:
- First Year: ₹7,000 per month
- Second Year: ₹6,000 per month
- Third Year: ₹5,000 per month
- Additional Earnings: This amount does not include bonuses or commissions earned based on the number of policies sold and maintained.
- Retention Requirement:
A condition for earning commissions is that 65% of the policies sold must remain active by the end of the next year. For example, if a woman sells 100 policies in the first year, at least 65 must remain active by the end of the second year. This ensures that agents not only sell policies but also maintain them.
Benefits of becoming a Bima Sakhi
- Training: After completing 3 years of training, women will work as LIC agents.
- Not being a regular employee: Those selected as LIC agents will not be regular employees of LIC, but they will work as agents.
- Work status: For selection as Bima Sakhi, women must follow certain work norms set every year.
